Energy balls are a great snack. They have a perfect combination of protein, fiber, healthy fats and carbohydrates. The mixture of protein from the peanut butter and walnuts, the carbohydrates from the oats, and the energy provided from the Cani-Boost Oil, will be sure to fill you up and give you enough energy to fuel your day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 full droppers of CaniBrands Cani-Boost Oil
- ⅓ cup shredded coconut
Instructions
Add peanut butter, oats, maple syrup, chopped walnuts, flaxseed and vanilla extract to a bowl. Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Once combined, put the mixture onto your cutting board and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place the shredded coconut onto your cutting board or a separate plate. Roll each ball in the coconut to coat the outside of each ball. Place into the refrigerator and let chill for 2-3 hours, or until well chilled. Serve & enjoy!
