- 8-10 strawberries
- 1 whole banana
- 3 mint leaves, chopped
- 5-10 ice cubes
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 cup plant-based milk (ie. almond, oat or soy milk)

- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Slice strawberries and bananas into smaller portion sizes and set aside. Chop up mint leaves.
