Nighttime Vegan Tea Recipe

If you struggle to fall asleep at night, a bedtime ritual that combines a warm cup of chamomile tea with Cani-Sleep CBD oil for sleep will have you snoozing soundly and waking up ready to tackle your day.

Naturally caffeine-free, chamomile can be very effective at inducing sleepiness because of its chemical structure. Chamomile contains apigenin, a chemical compound that induces sleepiness when it binds to the GABA receptors in the brain. Calming effects are induced both when GABA receptors bind to benzodiazepines AND when the apigenin in chamomile binds to GABA receptors.

Ingredients

  • Chamomile tea bag 
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • Squeeze of lemon 
  • Hint of maple syrup
  • One full dropper of Cani-Sleep CBD Oil 1500, or as desired

Instructions

Place chamomile tea bag into mug, add in boiling water. Mix in hint of maple syrup and 1 teaspoon sugar (optional). Stir and add in a squeeze of lemon. Allow tea to cool slightly, then add one dropper of Cani-Sleep CBD oil 1500.
